About Us

ARTMINDZ Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting mental health across generations through the power of art. From kids to teens to seniors, we believe creativity can heal, inspire, and connect. Our volunteers lead activities like coloring, painting, and sketching, building friendships while helping people express emotions in healthy, positive ways.

Art isn’t just about making something pretty—it’s about releasing stress, finding peace, and feeling understood. For seniors facing memory loss from Alzheimer’s or Dementia, creative activities can ease feelings like anxiety, sadness, and frustration. For younger generations, art can be a safe space to process emotions, build confidence, and strengthen mental wellness.

Our Mission in Action
We use color, conversation, and connection to bring happiness, peace, and emotional relief to people of all ages. Whether it’s a senior in a memory care home or a teen dealing with stress, ARTMINDZ is here to make sure no one feels alone.

I’ve always loved art and how it helps me relax and feel calm. Life can be really stressful for everyone whether it’s school, family, or just dealing with tough emotions. That’s why I believe art is such a powerful way to cope. Because of this and my strong connection to seniors ARTMINDZ is my way of giving back. Through art, we want to support mental health for all ages and bring happiness and peace to those who need it most.

Join us in making a difference by sharing the power of art to heal and connect people across generations.

Why I Give Back

Giving back has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, mostly because of my dad’s amazing dedication, he’s volunteered with the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana Foundation for over 30 years. Growing up, I joined him in tons of activities that taught me what real service means. From wrapping holiday toys and serving meals to elderly on Thanksgiving, to food drives, school supply donations, and summer camps, I learned how important it is to help others.

Now, being able to share my love of art which brings me so much joy and peace with people of all ages, especially seniors who face big changes and challenges, feels really special. Supporting mental health through creativity is something I’m proud to be a part of because art helps us cope with stress and feel less alone.
